Master Commercial Terms governing event production, technical staging, CAD rigging, site overlay, and safety management services provided by Aureon Event Management.

1. Services Overview
These Master Terms & Conditions govern all event production management, kinetic stage rigging, 2D/3D CAD drafting, site overlay logistics, and HSE safety management services provided by Aureon Event Management B.V. and its international subsidiaries ("Aureon", "we", "us", or "our").
2. Event Scoping & Technical Contracts
All event proposals and show specifications are subject to formal venue technical surveys, structural weight load calculations, wind shear assessments, and binding commercial contract execution. Binding commitments require a signed Event Charter and Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Structural Safety & HSE Governance
Aureon operates strictly in compliance with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards. Clients and host venue authorities must grant Aureon's Technical Safety Director full authority to halt show operations, aerial lifts, or outdoor stage activities under adverse weather conditions or wind speeds exceeding structural safety thresholds.
4. Intellectual Property & Staging CAD
All 2D staging blueprints, 3D CAD models, finite element analysis (FEA) reports, kinetic rigging schemata, and site overlay masterplans produced by Aureon remain the intellectual property of Aureon unless explicitly transferred under a written commercial agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aureon shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of force majeure weather events, municipal council permitting delays caused by third-party authorities, or unannounced artist/promoter scope modifications.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Amsterdam.
